Despite of other websites ratings, I sorta prefer this UK movie more than 2012. Though you need to sit / watch this for about 3 hrs plus. The disaster effect, survivors struggle and the storyline feel "real" and reasonable compared to 2012. I would say not bad and bravo!

I'm watching this movie at home with low quality vid :(
It should have been better if I'm to watch at cinema with the stereo sound quality and wide screen. The movie effects are astounding. You will see building collapsed, earthquake eating up the cities, giant tidal waves washing off the islands and even continents; and volcanic eruption.

Moderate ratings from me. Only impressed with some comedy scenes. His winning luck may seems to exaggerating and impossible.

















The main mascot for this Anime is Crow. You will know why when you watch the Anime. Those crows are needed censor some necessary scenes. LOL.

Storyline
The story started off with a human teenager (Natsume) desperately running off towards a temple while being chased by ghost in the forest.

Flashback showed a boy has the ability for seeing spirit and ghost. It was believed he inherited such from his grandma (Reiko's). Because of his cursed ability, people see him as creepy and weird, including his own biological parents.

His loneliness and hatred was later saved by Reiko's Book of Friends which contains a list of spirit names being defeated by Reiko in the past. Binded by the Contracts, spirits are forced to bow down to Reiko as her followers. On contrary, Natsume wished to return every single name back to them. As story goes on, he met Madara (a.k.a Nyanko Sensei) as his bodyguard and got pretty involve with the Spiritual World.

Manga

Pretty good storyline to start with. Each episodes never bored me.
Madara may looks cawaii in Nyanko form but totally awesome when he turns into true monstrous form. While in Nyanko form, he is always lazy and addict to sake.
